Unemployment Insurance Benefits

Emergency Unemployment
Compensation (EUC)
For Unemployment Insurance Claimants
Due to federal legislation you may be eligible to receive a
maximum of thirteen weeks of Emergency Unemployment Compensation
benefits under the Supplemental Appropriation Act, 2008, Title
IV, Public Law 110-252 signed by the President on June 30, 2008.
Extended benefits may be paid for weeks beginning July
06, 2008 and ending July 4, 2009.
